Our practice is based in Bertrange and works across the whole of Luxembourg on building defects. We carry out no works ourselves, we sell no materials, and we have no ties to any builder or insurance company.
That independence is what makes an opinion worth having. A diagnosis produced by the party who stands to sell the repair work is not worth the same as one produced by a third party whose only deliverable is a written report.
We work with private individuals, co-owner associations and their managing agents, companies, lawyers and insurers. We keep our set-up deliberately simple: you speak to the expert who visits your property and writes your report, from the first phone call to the closing of the file.
